Terms of service
Last updated: [date]
This is a draft. It will be reviewed before launch.
About these terms
These terms are between you and [Company legal name], [Address] (“opuntia.”, “we”). By creating an account you agree to them. If you use opuntia. for a business, you confirm you can accept them for that business.
The service
You give us the address of your website. We read the public pages, make short videos from your photos, offers and reviews, and, after you approve each one, post it to the social accounts you connected. How many videos you get each week depends on your plan.
You stay in control
We post a video only after you approve it. You can skip any video and disconnect any account at any time.
Your content and your rights
You keep all rights to your website content, photos, offers and reviews, and to the videos made from them. You give us permission to use them to run the service for you. You promise that you own them or have the right to use them, and that they do not break anyone’s rights or the law.
AI and checks
We use AI tools to help make videos. We check each video before you see it, but you are responsible for what you approve and publish. Please read each video before you tap the check.
Price, trial and cancelling
opuntia. has three plans: Starter [$39], Grow [$89] and Pro [$149] a month, plus tax where it applies. Each plan lists how many videos it includes and whether a person on our team checks them. The first 7 days are a free trial. Cancel in one click in your account. If you cancel during the trial, you pay nothing. After that, you keep the service until the end of the period you paid for. We do not give refunds for part-months, unless the law says so.
Founding members. The first 50 businesses to subscribe keep the monthly price of the plan they join for as long as their subscription stays active, even if our price changes later. If a founding member cancels, the founding price ends.
Third-party networks
When you post through opuntia., you must also follow the rules of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube. Those companies can change their rules or limit your account. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do.
What you must not do
- Use opuntia. for anything illegal, misleading or harmful.
- Use content you do not have the right to use.
- Try to break, copy or overload the service.
Our promise and its limits
We work hard to keep opuntia. running, but we cannot promise it will always work or reach any result, such as more customers. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Ending the service
You can stop at any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. When an account closes, we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes and law
We will tell you by email before we change these terms in a way that matters. These terms follow the laws of [Country]. Courts of [City, Country] can decide disputes, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
