Who we are

What we collect
- Your account: your email address and your language.
- Your website: the address you paste, and the public text, photos, offers and reviews on it. We only read pages anyone can open.
- Your social accounts: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, we get the name and ID of the account and a secure access token. We never see or keep your password.
- Your videos: the videos we make for you, and the photos they use, which we store on our servers.
- Payments: handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
- Visits: simple counts of visits and clicks, with no cookies and no personal profile.
How we use it
- To read your site and make videos for you.
- To post a video only after you approve it.
- To run your account, take payment and answer your messages.
- To fix problems and keep the service safe.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Connecting your social accounts
You connect each account yourself, with the network’s own sign-in screen (OAuth). We ask for the smallest set of permissions we need to post for you. You can disconnect an account at any time in opuntia. or in that network’s settings. When you disconnect, we delete the access token.
opuntia.’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use YouTube data only to upload the videos you approve.
Who we share it with
Only with the companies that help us run the service, under contract: hosting and storage, AI model providers that process your site content and make your videos, email and payment providers, and the networks you chose to post to. We may also share data if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. When you close it, we delete your account, videos and tokens within [30] days, except what the law asks us to keep, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can ask to see, fix, export or delete your data. If you live in the EU, UK or California, the law gives you these rights. You can also complain to your data protection authority. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.
Security
We use encrypted connections, we keep access tokens in protected storage, and we only let staff see data when they need to. Our support team may view your account to fix a problem. They can only look, they cannot change anything, and every view is logged.
Children
opuntia. is for businesses. It is not for people under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell you by email before it starts.
